ACCS is funded through theDepartment of Mental Health and is a multidisciplinary outreach approachfor persons served in need of psychiatric and other services livingindependently in the community. This involves active engagementincluding assertive outreach, consistent assessment and treatmentplanning, skill building, symptom management, addiction treatment, andbehavioral and physical health monitoring and support. Your role as anAssistant Program Director: The Assistant Program Director works withinthe Agency\'s team model, establishing open communication, support, andaccountability among co-workers. You will provide leadership and assistthe Program Director to ensure excellence in the administrative,management, fiscal, personnel and client services systems in theprogram. Requirements: 3-5 years management experience in the field ofHuman Services 3-5 years supervisory experience Master\'s degree inhuman services field required One of the following licenses preferred:MD, RN, Ph.D. Psychologist, LICSW, LCSW, LSW, ROT, LRC, LMHC SuccessFactors: The Assistant Program Directors will maintain a high level ofcommitment to program staff, and a dedication to the organizationalmission and values to provide high quality, community-oriented servicesto those served. They should be organized, with a strong level ofcommunication with an open and direct leadership style. Schedule ofWork: This is a full-time, on-site role. Starting Salary: Pay range is\$85,000-\$95,000. Included is a phenomenal benefit package thatincludes, Dental, Health and Life insurance.
