We have been the leader in the arcade, amusement, and entertainment industry for over 40 years and are looking for a determined individual to join our team as a Brand Coordinator on-site in Itasca, IL. Joining the team means contributing to a legacy of fun and innovation in a dynamic and creative industry.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Brand Coordinator based in Itasca, IL. The Brand Coordinator is directly responsible for daily operations and providing administrative support to the Product Manager. This role includes coordinating data organization, facilitating operational activities, and supporting strategic alignment between internal Group companies and external partners to ensure the efficient functioning of daily brand operations.Key ResponsibilitiesAttend meetings with internal, international product and brand teams, as well as external partners.Maintain a strong understanding of brand direction and guidelines.Assist in shaping brand direction based on input from Group companies and external partners.Ensure consistent brand alignment across all stakeholders and initiatives.Create and maintain brand documentation and manuals.Organize, maintain, and consolidate Retail IP documents and data for internal reporting.Support internal schedule tracking and project checklists.Compile sales and data into weekly and monthly reports.Travel to and assist with store opening and event support tasks.Support coordination between internal teams.Communicate with stores and partners regarding daily operational matters.Always represent the company in a professional manner.Managers are expected to work a minimum of 40 hours in each workweek. Following company procedures and policies.Other duties as assigned.QualificationsExperience in retail store operations, business operations, marketing, or working with brand strategy and direction.Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field preferred.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Demonstrates strong strategic thinking while effectively balancing the expectations of both internal and external stakeholders.Strong branding knowledge, with the ability to ensure consistency across various events and activations.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and cross-departmentally to exceed team goals. Proactive and detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.Preferred QualificationsExperience working in a Japanese Company preferred In-depth knowledge of Bandai Namco's owned and licensed IPsConversational to Business level Japanese is a plusWhat We OfferCompetitive compensation and comprehensive benefits packageUnique opportunity to work with globally recognized IPsA fun, creative, and fandom-focused work environment$48,000-55,000 base salary
