Salary: $0.00 Biweekly Location : Lorman, MS Job Type: Full-Time Staff Job Number: FY202600125 Department: Auxiliary Services Opening Date: 04/27/2026Job TitleAttendant, Parking EnforcementEssential Job Functions• Regulates parking in assigned lot restricting unauthorized vehicles and providing entry to authorized vehicles. • Completes reports or forms required by department. • Counts parked vehicles and holds required spaces for reservations • Provides directions, parking alternatives and campus information upon request to visitors, students, staff and faculty. • Prepare temporary permits as required for customers. • Notifies Parking Services via two-way radio or telephone of need for Parking Enforcement Officer or of other problems such as mechanical failure and vehicle boot tampering. • Watches assigned lot for suspicious activity and reports such to university public safety unit • Checks permits to verify authorization and assist in identification of stolen permits. QualificationsMinimum EducationHigh school diploma or equivalent; experience in customer service preferred Minimum ExperienceOne (1) year parking enforcement experience preferred Licenses/CertificationsMust possess and maintain a driver's license.
