As our operations continue to grow, we are strengthening our internal functions to support workforce development and operational excellence.About the RoleThe Office Generalist supports the General Manager and daily business operations across administrative, coordination, and general support activities. This role is responsible for handling a wide range of office and operational tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day execution.This is a flexible, hands-on role suited for someone who is organized, proactive, and comfortable working across different functions.Responsibilities1. GM Office & Administrative SupportOrganize and coordinate company management meetings, including scheduling, preparation, and follow-upsSupport internal communication and coordination across departmentsAssist the General Manager with daily administrative and operational tasks2. Vendor & Facility CoordinationContact and coordinate with suppliers for equipment repair and maintenanceManage vendors for services such as waste disposal, plastic recycling, dumpsters, propane, and other facility needsTrack service schedules and ensure timely completion of vendor work3. Recruitment & General SupportSupport basic hiring activities, including job postings and interview coordinationAssist with onboarding logistics and new hire setupMaintain basic employee and candidate records4. Translation & Cross-Functional SupportProvide bilingual (Mandarin–English) translation support for the Equipment and Safety VP during external discussionsAssist with translation in meetings, emails, and operational communications as neededSupport cross-functional coordination to ensure tasks are followed throughQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred1–3 years of experience in administrative, operations, or coordination rolesStrong organizational and multitasking skillsComfortable handling a wide range of responsibilities in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication and follow-up skillsProficiency in Microsoft OfficeMandarin Chinese and English bilingual proficiency requiredWork EnvironmentFull-time, on-site position located in Lancaster County, South CarolinaManufacturing environment with close interaction across office and production teamsCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive salary based on experienceHealth, dental, and vision insurancePaid time off and holidays401(k) retirement plan
