In this role, you will: Lead large-scale infrastructure, cloud migration, and cybersecurity programs from initiation through deployment. Manage multiple workstreams including cloud transformation, datacenter modernization, network upgrades, identity management, and security initiatives. Develop and maintain integrated program plans, budgets, timelines, risks, dependencies, and executive-level status reporting. Partner with Infrastructure, Security, Architecture, Operations, and Business leaders to ensure alignment of technology initiatives with organizational objectives. Drive governance activities, steering committee meetings, and executive communications. Oversee cloud adoption programs across Azure, AWS, and hybrid environments. Manage infrastructure modernization initiatives involving servers, storage, networking, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, disaster recovery, and resiliency programs. Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to ensure compliance with security policies, regulatory requirements, and enterprise governance standards. Lead vendor and partner relationships, including contract management, SOW review, and delivery oversight. Facilitate Agile and Waterfall execution methodologies while promoting best practices across program teams. Identify and mitigate program risks while ensuring successful delivery of business outcomes. Who You Are: 10+ years of Program or Project Management experience leading enterprise technology initiatives. 5+ years managing Infrastructure, Cloud, and/or Security programs. Experience delivering enterprise cloud migrations and modernization programs. Strong knowledge of Azure and/or AWS cloud platforms. Experience leading infrastructure initiatives Experience managing cybersecurity-related initiatives, including Identity & Access Management (IAM), Risk Management, Compliance, Governance, or Security Operations. Demonstrated experience managing program budgets exceeding $5M. Experience leading geographically dispersed, cross-functional teams. Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills. Experience with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall delivery methodologies. Bachelor's degree required.
