Associate Attorney

Innovative Driven is seeking an Associate Attorney to join the team at one of our most established mid-sized law firm clients. This associate will handle a variety of complex claims, including but not limited to professional liability, securities litigation, medical malpractice, labor & employment, and insurance broker liability.This role will be based in the firm's New York City office with a hybrid (3 days in office and 2 days remote) schedule.RESPONSIBILITIES:Manage casesDraft motions, pleadings, and discoveryPartake in depositions, hearings, and mediationsResearch complex legal issues to develop strategies for casesWork with clients and experienced attorneysQUALIFICATIONS:JD from an accredited law schoolNY and NJ bar admission (or ability to waive in)1+ years of litigation experienceMultitasking, attention to detail, and writing skills
