You'll support kitchens, bathrooms, additions, and full-home remodels while learning from industry leaders. What You'll Do Assist in framing, trim, cabinetry, and installation work Support Lead and Skilled Carpenters across all project phases Maintain safe, organized, and clean job sites Learn to interpret blueprints and specs for residential projects Use hand and power tools under supervision with growing autonomy Collaborate with teammates to meet deadlines and exceed expectations What You Bring Minimum 1 year of residential carpentry or construction experience Basic tool knowledge and eagerness to grow your technical skills Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn Ability to take direction and contribute to a team environment Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required Professional demeanor when interacting with clients and coworkers Why Join Feinmann?
