Senior Financial Analyst

Job Summary: Responsible for generating, analyzing, and interpreting business and financial data utilized to provide insights to the organization that drive strategy, decision-making, and enable the achievement of business objectives. The Senior Financial Analyst will produce regular reports using financial data, and work collaboratively across the organization to analyze business performance and strategy. Primary Duties & Responsibilities: Analyze, identify, and communicate trends and issues impacting the business on an ongoing basis and make recommendations Partner with multiple cross-functional teams to prepare and communicate insightful results to business leaders to improve and predict performance Generate reports to analyze current and past financial data that identify trends, both current and forecasted business performance and data to drive the Operations business strategy Support the annual strategic budget planning process and the recurring forecast process Create and maintain financial models using complex data sets and formulas to deliver insightful reporting, develop multiple scenarios, provide recommendations, and improve financial projections Utilize BI tools such as Tableau to create and tailor real-time dashboards to enable managers to make smarter and faster decisions Challenge assumptions using data Positional Requirements & Qualifications: Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Mathematics 3+ years of experience in a relevant position is preferred Skills & Abilities Must be a team player Experience with Tableau or other BI tool preferred, and proficiency in Excel required Excellent written and oral communication skills Experience in the development and delivery of reporting across multiple teams or departments and levels of leadership within the organization Independent self-starter with the ability to prioritize and complete projects within a deadline Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; demonstrate ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple demands with a positive attitude. Possesses strong analytical skills; and organizational skills with attention to detail.
