Work closely with the web content team, field and Home Office teams to ensure SEO AI - Oprojects are executed in a timely and correct manner. Manage a team of SEO content writers ensuring high-quality and SEO-optimized content production. Develop and implement comprehensive SEO AIO strategies aligned with business goals, including on-page and technical SEO, in collaboration with SEO agency and direct manager. Advise PulteGroup field teams as a subject matter expert on SEO AIO to steward best practices while leveraging field learnings for future enhancements. Prioritize, scope and execute SEO AIO projects using data-driven decision-making, ensuring deadlines and performance goals are met. Oversee relationship with -Listing Tool executional team to ensure Google Business Listings are correct and up-to-date. Conduct keyword research to identify additional business opportunities and guide/hone content creation.
