This role offers a hybrid work environment in the Twin Cities, MN, with flexible hourly pay based on experience.Responsibilities include:Planning, creating, and producing marketing, advertising, and sales promotion materials to support marketing strategies and sales goalsDeveloping informational materials for sales teams and communication media to maximize outreachEvaluating and refining promotional and advertising programsOverseeing the technical and artistic aspects of finished promotional materialsCollaborating with management, product managers, sales teams, and advertising agencies to develop promotional plans and sales approachesPurchasing promotional materials such as displays, signage, printing, coupons, and photographyCoordinating activities like layout design, sales kit preparation, display arrangement, online promotions, and sales outline writingSelecting agencies and sources for media placementQualifications:Advanced knowledge of marketing project management in a regulated environmentAdobe Workfront experience A University Degree with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with at least 2 years of relevant experience
