Sales Lead Manager
Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in training development, administrative tasks, and shift management within a grocery store setting. If you have experience in leadership, recruiting, and possess excellent communication skills, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily sales operations and ensure sales goals are met
- Train and develop sales associates to enhance their skills
- Assist in recruiting and interviewing potential sales team members
- Provide administrative support to the sales department
- Manage cash register operations efficiently
- Demonstrate strong leadership skills to motivate the sales team
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members
Experience
- Previous experience as an Assistant Manager or Sales Lead preferred
- Proficiency in cash register operations and handling transactions
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Demonstrated leadership qualities to drive sales performance
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 30 per week
