We interact and engage with our guests, but most of all, we listen.Essential Duties & Expectations:Under general supervision of the Theatre Manager, The Assistant Manager will manage theatre operations including, staff management and training and development at both locations. Qualified candidates will have at least 1 year of management and customer service experience.Specific Responsibilities include, but not limited to:Manages day-to-day operations including cash management and inventoryEnsures a clean and safe environment by maintaining facility and addressing R&M issuesOperates and maintains projection and sound equipmentBuilds a culture of success through recruiting and retaining top performersPrevents employee relation issues by consistently executing human resources practices; ensure guidelines and processes are adhered toEnsures compliance with employment law, safety regulations, and upholds all company policies and proceduresCreates a positive movie going experience through guest engagement and interactions Manager Qualifications:1+ years’ experience in a leadership position1+ years’ experience in customer service (e.g., retail, restaurant, hospitality, etc.).Strong communication skills (both oral and written)Committed to providing exceptional customer serviceAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentAbility to coach, train and motivate employeesMust be available during peak business hours (Nights, Weekend, and Holidays).Manager Benefits:Competitive salary based upon experienceMedical, dental, and vision insurance*401(k) retirement with company match*Must meet eligibility requirementsSalary Range: $13 USD - $16 USDThis is an Onsite PositionFOR CALIFORNIA APPLICANTS ONLY: Please read and review our Notice to California Applicants.
