COMPETITIVE PAY!! $500 SIGN ON BONUS!!!BenefitsDental insuranceFlexible scheduleReferral programResponsibilitiesAssist clients with ambulation and mobility around the house or outside (doctor's appointments, walks etc.)Assist clients with personal care and hygieneHelp clients complete physical therapy and other recommended exercisesDo the client's shopping or accompany them when they shop if neededPerform light housekeeping duties that clients can't complete on their own, including preparing mealsCollect information about conditions and treatment plans from caregivers, nurses, doctors and family membersReport any unusual incidents to nurses, doctors and family membersAct quickly and responsibly in cases of emergencyRequirementsPrevious caregiver experience preferred but not requiredCurrent CPR (American Heart Association) CertificationWillingness to adhere to health and safety standardsKnowledge of housekeeping activities and cooking with attention to dietary constraintsMust be respectful and compassionate with a good bedside mannerOutstanding communication, time management and interpersonal skillsPhysical endurance to complete required tasksHigh school diploma or equivalentThe duties of this job include providing support to the elderly through assistance in ADL- These tasks include: grooming, light housekeeping, running errands and meal preparation.Our number one focus is the safety and well-being of our clients and caregivers.
