This is not a "shadowing" internship - you'll contribute to meaningful projects, collaborate across teams, and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.What you'll do:Contribute to the development of customer-facing and internal products across web, mobile, and backend systemsCollaborate with engineers, product managers, and designers to ship high-quality featuresParticipate in code reviews, technical discussions, and team ceremoniesWrite clean, maintainable, and scalable codeHelp troubleshoot bugs and improve system performanceLeverage AI-powered development tools to improve coding efficiency, debugging, testing, and documentationExperiment with emerging AI technologies and contribute ideas on how AI can improve both the developer experience and customer experienceUse AI responsibly to accelerate workflows while maintaining strong engineering fundamentals and code quality standardsPresent your work and learnings to the broader organization at the end of the internshipWhat we're looking for:Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical fieldExpected graduation date between 2026-2028Experience with at least one programming language such as JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, Java, or SwiftPassion for technology, fintech, and building products that help peopleInterest in AI tools and curiosity around how artificial intelligence is shaping the future of software developmentExcellent communication and collaboration skillsComfortable working in a flexible hybrid environment with in-office collaboration in NYCGold Stars:Experience building personal, academic, or open-source projectsFamiliarity with React, React Native, Node.js, AWS, or modern backend technologiesExposure to AI tools such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Cursor, or similar developer productivity platformsInterest in personal finance, investing, or financial technology#LI-HybridOur Commitment to Diversity, Equity, and InclusionWe proudly celebrate the unique qualities that make you you, 365 days a year, and not just because it's the right thing to do or good for business.
