Demonstrated experience in gathering, documenting, analyzing and drawing conclusions on data and information. Demonstrated experience in performing a variety of functions and handling programs, projects, and assignments. Candidate must demonstrate good oral and written communication skills. May assist (under general direction) with developing specifications from which programs will be written. Demonstrates working knowledge of one programming language, report production, and database structures. Demonstrates the ability to read, write, and test code. Associate's degree in a related field required. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience strongly preferred.Day-to-Day Responsibilities/Workload: Schedules and coordinates main panel upgrade (mpu) disconnect/reconnect work by managing scheduling systems and documentation, communicating with customers and stakeholders, monitoring cpuc timelines for compliance, prioritizing backlog, and ensuring strict adherence to mpu procedures. Required skills/attributes: experience supporting scheduling, coordination, administrative, or operations support functions; ability to manage deadlines, follow established procedures, and maintain accurate records; proficiency with basic computer and office software; and strong communication and customer service skills with follow-through across multiple stakeholders. Desired skills/attributes: high school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or equivalent coursework in business, operations, or a related field preferred.
