I’ll share more once we meet.About The RoleAt Maple, we’re on a mission to make AI work for real-world businesses—and we want a high-energy Business Development Representative who’s equal parts hunter, relationship-builder, and product enthusiast. You’ll be the first spark for new customers, showing them how Maple’s AI agents can revolutionize their day-to-day. If you love starting conversations, chasing leads, and moving fast, you’ll fit right in.What You’ll DoFind and engage potential customers—restaurants, salons, repair shops, you name itQualify inbound and outbound leads and set up intro calls for our sales teamGet to know Maple inside and out so you can tailor your pitch to every businessBuild relationships with key decision-makers and make every interaction countWork closely with product and customer success to share feedback and spot new opportunitiesHelp us level up our outreach strategies and keep our pipeline buzzingWhat We’re Looking For0–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or just being scrappy and persistentHigh energy, resourceful, and not afraid to cold call, DM, or try something newClear communicator who can make tech sound simple (and maybe even fun)Comfortable juggling lots of conversations and priorities at onceExperience with small businesses or technical products is a plus, but not requiredOrganized, proactive, and always ready to go the extra mile to win the dealHow we workWe optimize for leverage.
