Job Title: Systems Software Programmer – Project Lead (E-Forms / ECM) (10843)Location: Cayce, South Carolina (Hybrid – 3 Days Onsite / 2 Days Remote)Duration: 12 Months (Possible Extension)Interview Process: 1 Round VirtualKey ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and implement fillable electronic forms using E-Forms solutions (OpenText LiquidOffice) Convert existing agency forms into digital formats to support a paperless workflow Build and manage automated workflows for routing, approvals, tracking, and digital signatures Integrate E-Forms with enterprise systems and Electronic Document Management (EDM) platforms (ApplicationXtender) Configure and manage user access and permissions via Microsoft Active Directory Develop solutions for data collection, validation, and accuracy improvement Perform system design, coding, testing, debugging, and documentation Provide Tier 2 technical support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution Monitor system performance, ensure uptime, and support disaster recovery planning Collaborate with ECM teams, application developers, and business stakeholders Maintain compliance with IT security policies and standards (NIST, FISMA, etc.) Prepare and maintain technical documentation for systems and workflows Participate in project planning, milestone tracking, and reporting updates Required Skills3+ years of experience in: E-Forms design, automation, workflows, and processing System administration of E-Forms platforms Electronic document formats and document lifecycle management Document import processes Document setup and workflow integration into EDM systems Microsoft Active Directory (user access & security) Microsoft SQL Databases Preferred SkillsExperience with OpenText LiquidOffice E-Forms Experience with OpenText ApplicationXtender (EDM systems) EducationBachelor’s Degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
