Attorneys thrive in a free-market system that rewards initiative, independent thinking, and entrepreneurial drive.The role focuses on regulatory, transactional, and project-related matters at the intersection of power, technology, and infrastructure development, working closely with internal stakeholders and external advisors.Role DetailsFull-time, permanent roleOn-site position (Washington, D.C. area)Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits packageKey ResponsibilitiesAdvise on U.S. energy regulatory matters impacting generation, renewables, transmission, storage, and infrastructure assetsSupport development, permitting, financing, acquisition, and operation of infrastructure and data center projectsDraft, review, and negotiate complex commercial, regulatory, and project agreementsManage regulatory filings and engagement with relevant authoritiesProvide clear legal advice to internal business, technical, and finance teamsCoordinate with external counsel and consultants on complex mattersQualificationsJuris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law schoolActive U.S. bar admission or ability to obtain admission6+ years of experience in energy regulation, infrastructure, or energy-focused transactionsStrong drafting, analytical, and stakeholder management skillsPreferred ExperienceExposure to data centers or digital infrastructure projectsExperience advising internal stakeholders in an in-house environmentFamiliarity with U.S. energy markets and regulatory frameworks
