This is an opportunity to work at the cutting edge of motion tracking, acting as the final line of defense in ensuring the quality, reliability, and visual integrity of our real-time systems used around the world.Job DescriptionSoftware Quality & StrategyDevelop and execute comprehensive test plans for major software releases, replicating complex customer workflows to ensure system stabilityIdentify, document, and track software defects throughout the development lifecycle with clear, reproducible steps and specific passing conditionsManage the full bug-tracking lifecycle, providing timely feedback to engineers after tasks and issues are resolvedMaintain and record example data sets to assist in ongoing software validation and regression testingCross-Functional CollaborationPartner with Engineering and Product Management to provide technical feedback and author test strategies for new featuresSupport Sales and Marketing by generating high-quality motion capture content and participating in product demonstrationsAct as a technical bridge for the Support team to troubleshoot unexpected customer issues and research found bugsCoordinate with internal and external teams across different time zones, maintaining professional and clear communicationProcess & Product InnovationLead internal QA projects to consistently evaluate and stress-test both pre-existing and upcoming featuresInfluence product design by providing feature requests and feedback to help develop tools that improve ease of use for the end-userAssist with the integration of third-party toolsets, thoroughly testing external workflows and providing feedback during developmentMentor and train team members on specialized toolsets and workflows to expand the collective knowledge of the QA departmentRequirementsRequirementsBachelor's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent work experiencePrevious experience with motion capture or other camera systemsEye for detail and ability to spot small inconsistencies in visuals. Experience forming test plans, organizing test equipment and processes, and tracking defects through a ticket tracking systemExperience in at least one scripting or programming language (Python, C++, etc.)Excellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong team player, possessing the willingness to seek feedback, adopt company best practices, and continuously learn and improveBonusBachelor's degree focusing on game development, graphics, or other computer graphics focused degrees.
