Interview : VideoThis is hybrid from day-1 ( Need only local candidates )Visa : USC, GC, GC EAD, H4, L2Description:Position Description:Our Automotive client is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Application Developer with expertise in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning (AI/ML) to join our agile product development team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with product managers and owners to translate business needs into actionable user stories, and work alongside software engineers to build and enhance AI/ML platforms and tools.You will be instrumental in defining best practices, solving complex technical challenges, and delivering high-quality solutions that meet customer requirements. This role emphasizes paired programming, continuous learning, and agile methodologies to drive innovation and speed of delivery.Key Responsibilities:Lead the development of new software using Java and modern technologies.Collaborate in a fast-paced Agile team environment.Translate business value into user stories and technical tasks.Write clean, testable code and conduct code reviews.Design and develop real-time and batch interfacing solutions with web and client-server applications.Participate in iteration planning, demos, and paired programming sessions.Contribute to the development and deployment of machine learning tools and DevOps practices.Define and promote coding standards and development best practices.Identify risks and provide technical education to business stakeholders. Required Skills:Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, React, Angular, Spring Boot, SQL, and Postgres.Experience with AI/ML model development using open-source frameworks.Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and test-driven development.Familiarity with Python, Jenkins, Hadoop, BigQuery, Kafka, REST APIs, and Kubernetes.Experience in building and deploying AI/ML platforms and tools. Required Experience:5+ years of software development experience with the technologies listed above.2+ years of hands-on experience in machine learning model development and deployment.Proven track record of working in Agile development environments. Education:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
