Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role in Baldwin, WI, for a Process Technicians, Tooling Lead, and Maintenance position. Responsibilities include operating and troubleshooting injection molding machines, conducting preventive maintenance tasks, implementing quality control processes, and supporting process engineering activities. Additional duties involve training team members, ensuring optimal workflow, and maintaining a safe and efficient manufacturing environment. Qualifications Experience in Troubleshooting and resolving equipment and process issuesKnowledge of Quality Control principles and practices to ensure product complianceSkills in Process Engineering, including improving processes and optimizing efficiencyProficiency in Preventive Maintenance and maintaining injection molding equipmentAbility to train team members and support skill developmentStrong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilitiesAbility to work collaboratively in a manufacturing environmentTechnical certifications or an Associate’s degree in a related field is a plusPrevious experience in plastics or injection molding is preferred
