Role Description This is a full-time, hybrid Senior Financial Analyst role located in Batimore,MD. The Senior Financial Analyst will be responsible for overseeing financial planning and analysis, preparing and reviewing financial statements, and providing insights to support data-driven decision-making. Key responsibilities include analyzing financial performance, preparing detailed reports, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and supporting strategic initiatives for business growth. Qualifications Proficiency in Financial Planning and strong Analytical Skills to interpret and present complex data.Experience with Financial Statements, including preparing and reviewing income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.Understanding of Finance principles and Financial Reporting with a focus on accuracy and compliance.Detail-oriented with the ability to meet strict deadlines and manage multiple priorities.Proficiency in financial analysis tools and software; advanced Excel skills preferred.Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; CFA certification is a plus.3-5 years of Financial Analysis experience. Private Equity and Heathcare is a plus.
