We are looking for someone who can confidently lead engaging Pilates classes while interacting positively with guests and helping create meaningful experiences that support cat adoption and wellness.ResponsibilitiesLead safe, effective, and engaging mat Pilates classes for guests of all fitness levelsCreate fun, upbeat, and welcoming class experiencesTeach proper Pilates form, alignment, and modificationsArrive prepared and on time for scheduled classesAssist with class check-ins using MindbodyHandle basic transactions using the Clover POS systemMaintain professionalism and excellent customer service at all timesInteract comfortably with cats during classes and café experiencesHelp create a calm, clean, and positive environment for guests and rescue catsPromote classes and café experiences through social media when neededRepresent the Nine Lives Café brand in a positive and professional wayQualificationsPilates certification preferredExperience teaching mat Pilates or group fitness classesKnowledge of classical and contemporary Pilates flowStrong communication and leadership skillsJoyful, outgoing, confident, and professional personalityComfortable working in a cat café environmentPassion for wellness, fitness, and communityExperience with Mindbody and Clover POS is a plusSocial media presence is a plusMust be reliable, punctual, and able to work independentlySchedule AvailabilityPreferred availability includes:8:00 AM – 9:00 AM classes6:30 PM – 7:30 PM classesMonday through Saturday availability preferredWork EnvironmentThis position takes place inside a luxury boutique cat café environment with rescue cats present during portions of the experience.
