The ideal candidate will support shop floor operations, Process Performance Qualification (PPQ), and technology transfer activities to ensure a successful site launch and consistent batch performance.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide hands-on shop floor support for commercial solid dosage manufacturing, including off-shift support as needed.Serve as the primary technical resource during manufacturing operations.Support the execution and review of manufacturing protocols and PPQ validation batches.Drive technology transfer activities to ensure manufacturing readiness.Troubleshoot process issues in real time to maintain production schedules and product quality.Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, and cross-functional teams to ensure compliant and efficient operations.Required ExperienceCommercial-scale Drug Product (DP) manufacturingTablet CompressionTablet Film CoatingRoller CompactionGranulationProcess troubleshooting and manufacturing supportPPQ and Technology Transfer experiencePreferred QualificationsExperience supporting commercial pharmaceutical manufacturing environments.Strong understanding of GMP manufacturing practices.Excellent problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
