This individual will take the lead in finding talent and helping the VP of People & Culture align the team's goals with business goals. Key fundamentals of this role include developing the trust and confidence necessary to help our team navigate hiring decisions, managing job descriptions and postings, and leading the interview process through full-cycle recruiting. Successful individuals will possess a breadth of knowledge in these areas, as well as the ability to work and collaborate effectively within a highly team-centric environment.OBJECTIVESRecruit individuals to join the 10X Health team who share a strong alignment with our company's Mission, Vision, and ValuesImplement a strategic approach to recruitment that tailors hiring practices, benefits, career development, succession planning, and employee policies to actively contribute to our business objectivesConduct a minimum of 10 virtual interviews daily using Zoom to maintain a steady candidate pipelineMaintain an organized system for tracking applicants and regularly update their statuses to streamline the candidate flowCultivate strong relationships with hiring managers during the interview process to gain a comprehensive understanding of their expectations for open positionsPromote the 10X Health and 10X Brand image consistently throughout the candidate experience during interviewsEnsure timely communication with candidates to uphold our commitment to meeting target start dateCreate personalized job descriptions and case studies, making necessary adjustments to enhance the efficiency of our recruitment processCOMPETENCIESAbility to maintain engagement and energy throughout the interview process to create a remarkable candidate experienceAbility to gain an understanding of the roles across the organization and how they functionDemonstrates understanding of how to evaluate candidates from a culture standpoint to determine alignment with 10X HealthEmbodies an elevated level of business literacy regarding performance, vision, goals, culture, and leadershipAbility to make decisions on candidates and demonstrate sound judgmentSelf-starter who can handle a high volume of interviews each day, in addition to following up with candidates to schedule callsUnderstands how to properly prioritize roles based on target start date and balance the needs of multiple hiring managersDemonstrate alignment with 10X Healths culture and able to articulate that during the interview processDemonstrate elevated level of organization and attention to detail to manage a high-volume inbox and candidate trackerProficient knowledge of Microsoft Office productsEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCEAt least 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experienceExperience working in a start-up or high-growth environment highly preferredPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTSProlonged periods of sitting at a desk or working at a computer COMMITMENT TO DIVERSITYAs an equal opportunity employer committed to meeting the needs of a multigenerational and multicultural workforce, 10X Health System recognizes that a diverse staff, reflective of our community, is an integral and welcome part of a successful and ethical business.
