This is an exciting opportunity to join a culinary-driven organization with 130+ locations nationwide, known for its Culture of Caring and commitment to team development.About the RoleAs Chef de Cuisine, you'll lead BOH operations from the ground up — owning the opening shift process, food ordering, inventory management, and menu execution. You'll partner closely with restaurant leadership to drive consistency, develop your team, and deliver an exceptional guest experience.What You'll DoLead and manage all BOH operations including food prep, cooking, and inventory controlTrack and control food costs; manage daily product ordering and receivingConduct regular line checks to ensure quality and consistencyPartner with management to develop prep lists and assign production dutiesCollaborate on menu development and recipe book maintenanceRecruit, onboard, train, and develop kitchen staffEnsure seamless FOH/BOH communication on timing, specials, and needsWhat You Bring4+ years of Chef de Cuisine experience in a full-service restaurantProven ability to lead, develop, and inspire kitchen teamsStrong command of BOH systems and food cost managementCompensation & Benefits$70,000 – $90,000/year + quarterly bonusPTO, paid holidays, and personal daysMedical (BCBS), dental, vision, and life insurance401(k), domestic partner benefits, restaurant discounts, and EAPThis is a confidential search.
