About the Role: As a Maintenance Mechanic with Pavestone, you are responsible for: Implementing a Preventative Maintenance Program (with documentation and record keeping that is easily accessible) Diagnosing Mechanical Problems and Determining how to Correct Them Dismantling and Reassembling Plant and Machinery Equipment Assisting in Selection and Installation of Replacement Equipment Constructing Replacement Parts to Specification (Fabrication) Evaluating Cost Control Safety Inspections (for OSHA, EPA, and Company Compliance) About You: The ideal candidate will be able to: Conduct Electrical, Hydraulic, Pneumatic, PLC, and Conveyor System Diagnoses Conduct Root-Cause Analysis and Implementing Solutions (They also will have some experience in Industrial Maintenance or Electrical work and be aware of the safety procedures needed to conduct themselves ethically, in this role.) *Your offer may be contingent upon passing a drug test and physical exam for this role.* Hardscapes and Masonry is an equal opportunity employer committed to developing a workforce with well-qualified individuals without regard to their race, religion, color, sex, national origin, age, sexual orientation, gender, disability, veteran status or other protected characteristics.
