Position SummaryWe are seeking a detail-oriented and organized HR Assistant to support our Human Resources department with daily administrative and employee-related tasks. The HR Assistant will help maintain employee records, assist with recruitment and onboarding, and provide general support to ensure smooth HR operations.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with recruitment, job postings, and scheduling interviews.Support employee onboarding and orientation processes.Maintain and update employee files and HR records.Assist with payroll, benefits, and timekeeping documentation as needed.Respond to employee questions regarding HR policies and procedures.Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.Provide general administrative support to the HR department.QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent required.Previous administrative or HR experience preferred.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer applications.Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
