Associate's Degree or further education preferred. Three years of experience in eligibility, investigative, judiciary, or legal work that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities needed to perform the work; or an associate degree in business administration, human resources, law enforcement or closely related degree and one year of experience in eligibility, investigative, judiciary, or legal work that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities needed to perform the work; or a four year degree and six months experience in eligibility, investigative, judiciary, or legal work that provides the knowledge, skills and abilities needed to perform the work; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.One year of experience as a Child Support Agent I or in the field of law enforcement or comparable field requiring knowledge in enforcing laws and the court system, or a four-year degree in criminal justice.A copy of a certified college transcript and a letter of reference must be provided upon request.Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint Experience).
