Shift: 1st 7AM-4:30PM
Job Description:

· Seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Generalist to join the Parker team in a manufacturing environment.
· The HR Generalist will play a crucial role in managing employee relations, talent management, and leadership development.
· The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources within a manufacturing setting and possess excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Employee Relations:
· Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to employees and managers.
· Investigate and resolve employee complaints and conflicts, ensuring fair and consistent application of company policies and procedures.
· Foster a positive work environment through effective communication and conflict resolution strategies.
Talent Management:
· Oversee the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
· Develop and implement talent management strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent within the organization.
· Support performance evaluations and provide coaching and feedback to employees to support their professional growth.
Leadership Development:
· Identify leadership development needs and design programs to enhance leadership skills across the organization.
· Provide guidance and support to managers and supervisors on leadership best practices and employee management techniques.
· Facilitate training sessions and workshops to promote leadership development and continuous improvement.
HR Administration:
· Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
· Oversee benefits administration, including enrollment, claims resolution, and communication of benefit plans to employees.
Qualifications:
· High School Diploma but prefer a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
· Minimum of 2 years of experience in human resources, with a focus on employee relations, talent management, and leadership development.
· Experience working in a manufacturing environment is a PLUS.
· Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships at all levels of the organization.
· Proven leadership and team management abilities.
· Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
· Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and MUST HAVE PeopleSoft experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
· HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP) is a plus.
· Experience with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
