Stay updated on tax laws and industry trends.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field (Master's preferred). Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation. Substantial experience in tax, with proven expertise in managing client relationships. In-depth knowledge of tax laws, regulations, and compliance. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Strong leadership abilities, with a track record of team mentorship.
