Our team is known for operational excellence, strong enrollment performance, and maintaining the highest standards of ethics, safety, and data integrity.Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Clinical Research Site Manager to oversee daily operations across one or more research sites.This role is responsible for ensuring protocol compliance, operational efficiency, and high-quality study execution, while leading site teams and supporting patient recruitment and retention efforts.On Site in Plano, TX but able to travel to all sites in the DFW area and Austin, as necessary.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESOversee day-to-day clinical trial operations at assigned site(s)Ensure compliance with study protocols, GCP, FDA, and IRB requirementsManage site staff, including CRCs, research assistants, and support teamsCoordinate with physicians, nurses, sponsors, and CROsDrive patient recruitment, enrollment, and retention strategiesMaintain accurate and timely source documentation and data integrityMonitor study timelines, milestones, and performance metricsPrepare for and support monitoring visits, audits, and inspectionsIdentify and resolve operational challenges to ensure study successQUALIFICATIONSPrior experience managing 2 or more clinical research sites requiredStrong experience in clinical trials, protocol execution, and clinical operationsProven project management and leadership skillsExcellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-site environmentExperience in clinical research or healthcare requiredBachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferredApplicants must be authorized to work in the United States for any employer.
