Registered Nurse - House Supervisor

Required Certifications: CA RN License BLSShift Details:4/12s variable Day/Night shift. The schedule will most likely include 2 day shifts and 12 night shifts. You will not work 4 days in a row and will have a day off when rotating to the night shift. Call and weekend coverage are required, depending on operational needs.Experience Required: 5 years of experienceKey Responsibilities: Oversee hospital operations, including bed control and staffing management. Respond to codes and Rapid Response Team (RRT) situations. Represent administration and direct facility operations in the absence of leadership or management staff. Serve as an administrative liaison to all hospital departments, agencies, and physicians. Provide functional guidance to all units. Act as a resource for decision-making concerning patient care services and non-clinical services. Ensure hospital policies and procedures are properly interpreted and applied.
