Food and Beverage Manager

The Food & Beverage Manager will lead by example and empower employees to take the extra step to make our members day!Why: Driving special experiences while maintaining a positive service culture creates a truly special place to work and play.How: Through a creative mind and boundless energy, the Food and Beverage (F&B) Manager will be a seasoned hospitality professional looking to drive their team to be better than they were yesterday.To be successful as a F&B Manager you will need to be:- Creative and collaborative to ensure the staff stay engaged and positive.- Detail-oriented, making sure every event is meticulously managed and executed.- Data driven, using data to understand member interests.- Independent and resourceful.- BIG IDEA kind of person.Regular duties for the F&B Manager:- Review member portal app for daily business insights.- Prepare pre- and post-shift reports for staff to align with daily business levels.- Attend member programming events to help with event operations and logistics.- Manage the day-to-day operations of the Food & Beverage division, ensuring all service standards are executed and met.-Monitor the operation of food outlets and catering to ensure compliance with all standards and procedures established by the company as well as health and regulatory standards and policies.-Manage the glassware and OSE at the bars.Who: The best leaders exemplify the characteristics they wish others to emulate.
