Voice Network Engineer

Management of Telecom expense of a client with over 10 K Users.Procure new devices for users and design/deploy solution of IPT infra issues.Handle Critical IPT Voice requirementsNeed to answer user calls basis enquiry, request and complaints on Call usage, Data usage, Plans, VAS, Billing issue, Coverage related issues.Answer queries related to IPT Phone issues , Infra Issues, Call Path Issues for example phone Issues, Call Issus etcCoordinate with OEM, Field Services, Local IT Ops for Loaner and Spare device management, Repair and Break-Fix ServicesFollow up with vendors.Ensure timely resolution of Incidents and tasks.Understanding of common IPT telecom terminologies and services Understanding of voice, data and/ or wireless services Understanding of IPT Enterprise Infraturcture ex CUBE, WXCC, CUCM, UNITY, SME, Voice Gateways, SIP,SCCP, MGCP, UCaaS. Relevant experience on IPT, UCaaS Should have worked with global customers
