Senior Property Manager

It specializes in providing high value and quality living experiences for students and young professionals.Our work environment includes:Modern office settingFood providedKey Responsibilities:Manage the seamless flow of regular move-in and move-out procedures, including conducting unit inspections, gathering tenant information, providing move-in instructions, issuing notices, and handling deposits based on inspections. Utilize the Appfolio system to efficiently manage customer data, maintenance requests, contracts, and other rental-related matters both pre and post-tenant occupancy.Coordinate and assign work orders while assisting maintenance technicians in property inspections, supervising repairs, and maintaining property units, common areas, and amenities to meet tenant requests. Facilitate communication with the Property Manager to expedite maintenance/repair progress with vendors.Conduct occasional property visits to ensure proper maintenance across all sites and communities, proactively identifying and addressing potential issues. Foster positive relationships with tenants by promptly investigating and resolving their complaints.Compose and edit emails, as well as engage in phone correspondence with vendors, property owners, and other relevant organizations to discuss and schedule minor construction issues and related matters.Qualifications: at least one year of relevant work experience in property management in student housing Demonstrate exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail. Proficient in operating Appfolio and various management or accounting software platforms. Skilled in efficiently managing multiple projects concurrently. Able to conduct site visits for inspections and maintain regular communication with tenants. Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills, including proficient report writing. Display strong time management skills and the capability to prioritize tasks effectively.
