DevOps Engineer

We are seeking someone with a strong DevOps foundation for a direct-hire opportunity at a company in the Austin area. This role will focus on improving CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure automation, deployment reliability, and overall platform scalability.Job Responsibilities• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation• Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure• Support containerization and orchestration initiatives using Docker/Kubernetes• Improve system observability, monitoring, logging, and incident response processes• Partner closely with software, firmware, QA, and product engineering teams• Implement Infrastructure-as-Code practices using Terraform or similar tools• Drive reliability, scalability, and security best practices across the platform• Support DevOps process improvements in Agile/Scrum development environmentsRequired Skills & Qualifications• Strong DevOps/SRE engineering background• CI/CD tooling experience (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.)• Infrastructure automation and scripting experience• Experience with monitoring/observability platforms• Comfortable working cross-functionally with engineering and operations teams
