Customer Service Representative

Overview We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for assisting customers in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities - Conduct outbound calls to customers for various purposes - Provide multilingual support to customers in need - Utilize office software to type, analyze data, and communicate effectively - Offer exceptional customer support via phone, email, or in-person - Assist in resolving customer inquiries and issues promptly - Collaborate with the call center team to ensure customer satisfaction Experience - Proficiency in Spanish is a plus - Ability to work with computerized systems effectively - Prior experience in customer service or related field is preferred - Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with customers professionally - Capability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour Ability to Commute: Suwanee, GA 30024 (Required) Work Location: In person
