You must be able to start your position with contacts, open accounts, and producing business quickly.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time remote role for a Senior Sales Representative. Must be a proven sales professional within the markets Condor coversThe ideal candidate has built strong relationships with retail dealers, law enforcement organizations, military suppliers, and private contractors. Must have the ability to generate immediate business with their (candidate) existing customer base.Strong commnuication and closing skillsSelf motivated and results drivenAdditional responsibilities include meeting sales targets, conducting client presentations, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with the internal team to ensure customer satisfaction and seamless delivery of services and products. The role requires consistent engagement with key customers and proactive participation in strategic sales initiatives.QualificationsProven experience and skills in B2B sales, account management, and client relationship management. Already has a book of customers and can generate business through their contacts.Proficiency in negotiation, contract management, and presentation deliveryStrong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet and exceed sales targetsKnowledge of tactical, law enforcment, military and security markets/products is a must for this position.Excellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to perform independently and effectively within a remote work environmentProficiency in CRM tools and sales analytics software is a plusBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
