We're committed to supporting our culinary staff with quality tools, training, and ingredients to ensure our guests enjoy an outstanding dining experience, on and off the water.RequirementsWhat We're Looking For:Formal culinary training or related experience (2-year Culinary Degree preferred, but not required)Experience safely operating standard foodservice equipmentStrong organizational and time management skillsFlexibility to adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentBasic math skills (a plus!)Positive, team-oriented attitudeAvailability to work full-time (including weekends, holidays, and a mix of day and evening shifts)Physical Requirements:Ability to lift up to 50 lbsComfortable standing for extended periods (sometimes the full shift)
