Execution Coordinator III

Our client, a major O&G company, is looking for a Execution Coordinator III to work on an initial 5-months contract, in Spring, Texas, with travel to Nigeria with Offshore FPSO.Main FunctionsProvide leadership to insure execution of job scope is done in a safe, environmentally sound and cost effective manner to support the long term reliability of the refinery. Interpret the potential impact of events and foster resolution among the parties. Must fully understand the Project and Contractor systems as they will be expected to work within the parameters of both systems.ResponsibilitiesIn addition to the Level 1 and tasks, Level 3:Assist the Project Engineer manage execution issues that arise due to the complexity of the Project and various Contractor working in the same areaDemonstrates behaviors which promote safety in the work placeSupport the Project Team as required by the Project EngineerQualificationsExperience in Upstream Oil & Gas design, engineering or management in an EPC contracting environment is requiredBachelor's degree in an engineering disciplineExcellent oral and written communication skillsExtensive technical background in project executionShutdown planning and executionOffshore work executionBrownfield work executionPermit to Work and Work Management SystemMechanical completions and commissioning of controls systemsContractor / subcontractor managementPreferred QualificationsFamiliar with Master Control Systems (MCS)
