IMMEDIATELY HIRING Job Summary: Quality Inn, Dundee, MI is currently seeking a motivated and customer service-oriented individual for the role of Front Desk at our hotel located in Dundee, MI. This is a full-time, individual contributor role in the hospitality/restaurant industry. The Front Desk is responsible for providing excellent guest service, managing reservations, and assisting with various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the hotel. Responsibilities: Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner Check guests in and out, ensuring all necessary paperwork and payment is completed accurately Answer incoming phone calls and assist guests with inquiries and reservations Keep track of room availability and make reservations according to guest preferences Handle guest complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner Maintain a clean and organized front desk and lobby area Process payments and maintain accurate financial records Assist with administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and inventory management Adhere to all company policies and procedures to ensure a positive guest experience Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure smooth operation and guest satisfaction Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent, with previous customer service experience Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and time-management abilities Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize accordingly Proficiency in Microsoft Office and knowledge of hotel management systems is a plus Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 20 pounds EEOC Statement: VP Management is an equal opportunity employer.
