Accounting Manager

The Accounting Manager ensures the total financial integrity and maintenance of our accounting system for all market transactions involving Owners, Residents, Properties, and Employees. This role oversees trust accounting workflows and manages a small, dedicated financial team.Position ExpectationsOnboarding Mastery: Read and comprehend our management agreements, fee structures, and lease agreements to fully understand all corporate revenue streams.Daily Workflow Management: Update and clear assigned tasks daily within Buildium and LeadSimple.Communication: Respond to all manager, client, resident, and internal emails in a timely, professional manner.Ensure full alignment with Corporate regulatory frameworks by maintaining current, accurate daily logs of regional market expenditures and revenue.Compensation: $65,000 - $75,000 yearly
