This role focuses on Agile facilitation, stakeholder communication, and continuous improvement.Key ResponsibilitiesFacilitate Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives) Remove impediments and ensure timely sprint delivery Partner with Product Owners on backlog management and release planning Track and report Agile metrics (velocity, burn-down, cycle time) Manage dependencies and support cross-team collaboration Coach teams on Agile best practices and continuous improvement Required SkillsStrong experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills Experience handling multiple priorities and complex projects Ability to drive collaboration across cross-functional teams PreferredCSM, SAFe, or similar Agile certifications Experience with multiple Agile frameworks
