With the help of these leaders, operating teams and individuals, MCO has the aptitude to support complex, global businesses across various industry verticals.Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced General Contractor to oversee all construction and remodeling projects across Regent's portfolio, including offices and some retail locations. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in general construction and a contractor's license for the state of CA.Responsibilities:Oversee the planning and execution of construction projects for all company locationsCoordinate with project managers and contractors to ensure projects are completed on time and within budgetEnsure all construction projects meet local building codes and regulationsManage the remodeling and closeout of existing locationsDevelop and implement facility maintenance plans to ensure all locations are kept in good conditionWork with the management team to identify and prioritize facility needsManage the facility budget and ensure all expenses are in line with company expectationsCollaborate with other departments to ensure facility projects align with company goals Qualifications:8+ years of experience in general constructionContractor's license for the state of CAStrong leadership and project management skillsExcellent communication and problem-solving abilitiesKnowledge of local building codes and regulationsExperience managing facility budgets and expensesAbility to work well in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentStrong attention to detail and ability to multitaskIf you are an experienced construction professional with a proven track record of success, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity to lead our facility projects and make a significant impact on our company's growth.For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in California, MCO includes a reasonable estimate of the salary or hourly rate range for this role.
