A company is looking for a Clinical Counsellor (Arabic Speaking) to provide mental health support remotely. Key Responsibilities Provide telephonic and video counselling, crisis management, and support while maintaining client confidentiality Assess clients for appropriateness of short-term counselling and manage high-risk calls Develop treatment plans and maintain clinical documentation in the case management system Required Qualifications Master's degree or diploma in Social Work, Counselling, or Psychology Licensure or clinical certification preferred Minimum 2 years of direct client-contact experience in counselling or mental health services Experience with clinical assessment tools and short-term counselling modalities Training in crisis intervention and experience with high-risk clients beneficial
