Hotel Maintenance

Responsibilities include: Arrange for routine maintenance in hotel rooms, lobby and facilities Organize repair projects in a manner that does not disturb guests Act fast to resolve emergency issues (e.g. water leaks) Attend to any issues logged in the maintenance log book Check pool and spa fuctionality and chlorine levels daily Maintain grounds as needed Requirements: Familiarity with plumbing, electrical, sewer and HVAC systems; hotel industry experience is a plus Ability to spot safety risks and address needs quickly Problem-solving aptitude Excellent organizational skills Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $14.50 per hour Expected hours: 25 – 35 per week Benefits: Flexible schedule Paid time off Schedule: Day shift Monday to Friday On call Weekends as needed Experience: Maintenance: 1 year (Required) Work Location: In person
