Ensures proper food temperatures are maintained, and food is stored correctlyEffectively supervise proper breakdown, rotation, labeling, dating, and storage of foodPerform opening, closing, and side work duties as instructed and according to proper guidelinesUse waste control guidelines and record all waste on a spoilage sheetMore about youAt least 2 years of experience as a Line Cook, including experience as a Supervisor or Lead Line Cook.Ability to effectively communicate with others in a leadership capacityAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentAttentive and detail-orientedBasic math skills; ability to understand, calculate, and follow recipe measurements and proportionsNo college degree requiredPhysical requirementsManual dexterity is sufficient to chop, mix, blend, whip, etc., a variety of foods and liquidsAbility to lift and carry large pans from ovens or freezers, weighing up to 50 lbsStanding and walking for the entire length of the shiftFrequently required to reach up to 6-7 feet, twist at the waist, bend, and squatPushing and pulling occasionally, to move equipment, mops, and broomsShift detailsEveningsWeekendsEventsWho we areDelaware North operates concessions, suites, catering, premium dining, and retail management at Globe Life Field, home of the Texas Rangers since the park opened in 2020.
