Call Center Customer Service
We are hiring for a call center customer service position with a client in the Malvern PA Area. Responsibilities:Taking inbound calls from clients to assist clients to assist them with their investment needs.Maintain familiarity with different investment account types (IRA, Individual, trust accounts)Be able to understand basic rules and regulations governing the different account typesProvide guidance to individuals as they work through issuesComplete administrative tasks that correlate to client requestsDocument and notate client interactions for case notesNavigate multiple computer screens, resources, and software to provide accurate responsesDevelop basic knowledge of products and servicesQualifications:Passion for helping others and being able to demonstrate patience, care, and professionalismEmpathetic predisposition and can navigate difficult and sensitive client situations wellStrong verbal/written communication skills to relay complex information easilyAbility to document client situation through detailed clear notesAttention for detail, thoroughness, and consistency in the work producedFast learner who can multi-task, and has a passion for continuous learningDemonstrate self-sufficiency by using resources to find solutions and meet metricsStrong organizational skills to be able to prioritize client requests
