Senior Dispatcher / Operations Leader

Twin Lake Trucking, LTDTwin Lake Trucking is seeking an experienced Senior Dispatcher / Operations Leader to help lead and strengthen our growing operations team.We are looking for someone with strong trucking operations experience who can effectively manage drivers, support dispatch operations, solve problems under pressure, and help bring structure, accountability, and leadership to a fast-paced transportation environment.This is not an entry-level dispatch position. We are looking for someone who understands trucking operations at a high level and can help drive operational performance across the fleet.About UsTwin Lake Trucking, LTDFamily-owned since 1967, Twin Lake Trucking operates a diverse fleet including dry van, reefer, flatbed, intermodal, and hazmat freight throughout the United States.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and oversee daily dispatch operationsCommunicate with drivers, customers, brokers, and internal teamsMonitor Hours of Service (HOS) compliance and operational efficiencyAssist with load planning, scheduling, and fleet utilizationHelp train, mentor, and support dispatch personnelResolve service issues and operational challenges in real timeEnsure dispatch accuracy, scheduling accuracy, and operational communicationWork closely with leadership to improve processes and accountabilitySupport hazmat operations and compliance when applicableQualifications3+ years of trucking dispatch or transportation operations experienceLeadership or senior dispatch experience preferredHazmat experience strongly preferredStrong understanding of FMCSA Hours of Service regulationsExperience working with ELD systems and TMS platformsAbility to multitask and make decisions in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication, organization, and problem-solving skillsExperience with van, reefer, flatbed, or intermodal operations is a plusWhat We’re Looking ForWe want someone who:Takes ownership and leads by exampleCommunicates clearly and professionallyCan think proactively instead of reactivelyStays organized under pressureUnderstands the importance of customer service and driver relationshipsPays close attention to operational details and executionScheduleFull-timeIn-office Some after-hours communication may occasionally be required
